Strengthened long-term labor-to-revenue ratios from 73% to 65%, lifted quarterly eNPS 76%, and raised the diversity index 22%.

Led a 13-member team and talent acquisition systems across 4 US offices. Surged applicant flow 84%, cut cost per applicant 42%, reduced cost per hire 46%, and cut onboarding expenses 64% by engineering an integrated ATS, HRIS and screening stack.

After ERC acquired TMone, headed full-cycle recruitment and development across 8 US offices in 4 states. Built a global shared services department for 500 FTE monthly hiring targets, scaled the company by 1,000+ employees in year one, and lifted employee engagement 14.5%.
